Costa Brava

Costa Brava

Known for its stunning beaches and scenery, roughly 30-60 minutes from the venue.

About the vibe:

In our opinion, these are some of the most beautiful beaches in Spain. Picture crystal-clear green and blue waters perfect for snorkeling. It's ideal for a relaxed coastal experience—think Ibiza vibes with a laid-back charm.

How to get around:

Fly into Girona (GRO) if possible; if not, Barcelona (BCN) is a great alternative. From there, we recommend renting a car if you're looking for maximum flexibility, otherwise you can also use regional trains/buses to reach your destination.

Where to stay:

Especially if you love camping (and don't mind driving to Catalunya): Camping Montseny – Wake up surrounded by nature. The site offers a swimming pool and a small shop for essentials, but we suggest bringing your own food for the days ahead. You can start some of the most beautiful hikes right from here—highly recommended! Camping Begur or Camping Treumal – We've visited these campgrounds many times, in camping Treumal you can book sea site spots if this is appealing to you! They're very convenient, with supermarkets, swimming pools, and stunning beaches nearby. The beaches next to camping Begur are our all time favorite - Aigua Blava 😍! You can walk here!

If you're less of a camper, consider:

Hotel Aigua Blava. It has stunning seaside views. Hotel Costa Brava. Also stunning seaside views and budget-friendly.

Distance to the venue:

Approximately 30 to 60 minutes by car, depending on where you stay.

What to do:

Enjoy long beach days filled with paella and sangria lunches, take scenic drives along the coastline, hop on a boat trip, or explore historic towns like Tossa de Mar.

Personal note:

If you're active and enjoy combining hiking with incredible sea views, consider walking the Camí de Ronda. We're sure you'll find it well worth your time. And don't forget to stop now and then for a refreshing swim—it's a holiday, after all!
